Qualified in 1996 and founded the firm in 1998. Acts mainly for manufacturers and construction companies, and has run trials in the High Court.
David Pierce

Partner. Corporate.

Qualified in 2001 and joined in 2003. Handles around thirty sales and acquisitions a year, mostly of businesses worth £2 million to £40 million.
Simon Achebe

Partner. Shareholder and partnership disputes.

Qualified in 2006. Accredited as a mediator in 2015.
Joanna Fenn

Partner. Commercial contracts.

Qualified in 2008. Spent four years in-house at a logistics company before joining.
Rachel Lowe

Partner. Employment.

Qualified in 2009. Represents employers at tribunal herself in most cases, rather than instructing a barrister.
Mark Henshaw

Partner. Commercial property.

Qualified in 2003. Acts mostly for tenants of offices and warehouses across the North West.
